CFA Volunteer Welfare Fund

About the Fund

The primary objective of the fund is to assist in ensuring the ongoing health and welfare of Volunteer members and their families experiencing significant financial hardship by providing small welfare grants that may assist in alleviating stresses impacting on the individuals’ ability to maintain their involvement as a Volunteer.

At this stage it is envisaged the fund will begin accepting applications in late 2008. Prior to this there is a number of compliance, governance and procedural arrangement that need to be established. To achieve and assist with this, a Welfare Fund working group, reporting to VFBV Board, has been established.
