Welcome to the Region Councils web pages. VFBV encourages all volunteers to get involved with their local Regional Council. Our Region Council WebSites are currently running as a Pilot Program. At present only 3 Regions are participating in the Pilot. The remaining Regions Websites will be rolled out in early 2009.
