Designing the Volunteer Brigades of 2015
How can we define, design and take responsibility for the volunteer fire brigades of 2015 in Victoria? What do we need and what must we do, to make this happen?
You are invited to be heard, to lead and to be involved in answering the questions above with other future leaders in the volunteer CFA.
This session will influence how the CFA's volunteer brigades will look, feel and operate in the future.
The session will put it all on the table... no sacred cows... no undiscussables... the only qualification is that we expect you to accept responsibility to act, and not to blame.
The session promises:
- Discussion of every issue of concern that is raised
- A written record of the discussions and recommendations
- The identification of working groups and immediate next steps for the issues raised
What are the issues and opportunities for the CFA volunteers that you care about?
What are your ideas, questions, recommendations, concerns, needs and desires for resolution and future directions... right down to the level of implementation?
