CFA & DSE Discussion Paper – Improving Local Debriefing

A joint DSE and CFA discussion paper on improving local debriefing procedure has been developed in order to improve existing practices. The paper has been based around issues identified with the existing procedure and highlights the processes and benefits of including the AAR (After Action Review) methodology into CFA and DSE as part of their standard debrief practices.

VFBV encourages interested volunteers to read the discussion paper and provide written comment in the space provided on page 2 of the discussion paper.
